Littlefoots back. ..... again! phew. Here we have yet another classic film, and you'd thought I'd be sick of all the cute baby dinosaurs and thier squeaky voices by this time ( the Eleventh DVD ), however you'd be wrong, so here we go: By now, from having read (that is if you have) my other reviews you'll know I adore all the old school films, particularly of the animated selection, including the cuddly Care Bears, pretty My Little Pony, Biker Mice from Mars, Count Duckula, The Land Before Time (of course) , Poddington Peas and The smurfs!

Story: Basically this is the 11th Film in the 'Land Before Time' series. Each movie runs about 70 minutes, however this ones a bonues you get an extra 10 minutes viewing, as it stands as a whopping 80 minutes running time in total. Which just gives you more time to gasp, cry and generally wish you were a dinosaur and that you could help Littlefoot along his way. The storyline for this dvd is yet another nail biting adventure for Littlefoot, Cera, Spike, Ducky, Petrie and Ali. This time trouble is caused by a small lie which causes huge consequences. Littlefoot learns the value of lies and their potential destruction when the Tinysaruses (little mischeif making dinosaurs) invade the Great Valley in order to teach him a lesson. A thrilling and new adventure is upon them which further proves that friendship, bravery, and family come in all shapes and sizes. This is a fantastic moral teaching story for children. And tackles the issues of 'fibs' that all kids have. Some fantastic songs included too, and some great celebrity voices, including Camryn Manheim and Michael Clarke Duncan. Although the graphics and cartoons are pretty much the same as the old style t.v. and video issues. It depends if you prefer this look, although I personally think they could have digitally remastered it a bit more. Of course not to the extent of finding nemo, but perhaps a nice intermediate.
Overall a 4 star rating, an original storyplot with good entertaining voices throughout. And as an added bonus, new adorable characters that interact well with the old gang and make a wonderfully enjoyable film! Highly recommended and it goes without saying that if you've got the rest and as are as addicted to Littlefoot and the awesome Great Valley gang, it's a must for your collection.
