I brought this a while back and I must say it is excellent. The presentation is top-notch, the silver briefcase just about the coolest DVD container in the world. It chronicles every film from Sean Connery's 'Dr. No' to the more recent Pierce Brosnan outing 'Die Another Day'. Of course it does not hold the newest additions, Daniel Craig's 'Casino Royale' and 'Quantum of Solace' but as these ... ...watch, if not always for the story then definitely for the generational features. Think Roger more in his 70s safari suit, Sean Connery in his trilby. And then of course you have the women.
The big downside to this box set, of course, is that there's always going to be more James Bond films. It may not be in date for very long. Also the price is fairly steep, yet is falling due to the release of newer additions.

Of course it does not hold the newest additions, Daniel Craig's 'Casino Royale' and 'Quantum of Solace' but as these are generally new in their approach to the Bond legend, it is actually quite fitting. Every film is worth a watch, if not always for the story then definitely for the generational features. Think Roger more in his 70s safari suit, Sean Connery in his trilby. And then of course you have the women. The big downside to this box set, of course, is that there's always going to be more James Bond films. It may not be in date for very long. Also the price is fairly steep, yet is falling due to the release of newer additions. Despite this, in my opinion you can't go far wrong with this if your a Bond fan, or even just a casual viewer who likes the action. So get out the tux, pour a martini and prepare to be shaken and stirred.

This collection was a must for me as it has all films up to current except the most recent Casino Royale.
