Introduction : The Inbetweeners is a great comedy aired on the channel E4. This hilarious sitcom is the first comedy to be featured on E4 and is one of my most favourite programms on TV and DVD right now. The DVD is to be bought by anyone over the age of 18 due to it's heavy load of strong language and adult themes. The program is about a young school student at the age of 16 going up to 17. His name is Will , who then finds 3 new friends Neil,Jay and Simon. They are not very cool or popular at all , and are all obsessed with girls. Jay exagerates a lot with his claims that he has had many girls in the past down at his caravan in Camber Sands caravan club. Neil is too stupid to have a relationship and does not know how to start one off. Simon is obsessed with a beutiful young girl called Carly D'Amato , when he tries to get Carly to go on a date , he ends up making it worse. The program follows these young teenage boys through there days to find some fit girls.
Advantages : There are many advantages of this great product. It features the acting talent such as (Simon Bird) as William McKenzie , (James Buckley) as Jay Cartright , ( Blake Harrison) as Neil Sutherland , and finally (Joe Thomas) as Simon Cooper. Amoung many other young actors in the country , these 4 major characters show they're skills in The Inbetweeners with a real chemistry between each character. Also , when the nation thought that there is only six episodes on this comedy packed DVD , there will be another series shown on E4 in 2009 and will be released on DVD later that year. When i was feeling down , This DVD came to my collection cheered me up and made me laugh for hours on end. This is definitly a good show.
Disadvantages : The disadvantages of this product is that people may find certain parts offensive or extremely rude , so you can either get youst to the modern life of teenage behavior or choose another item to purchase. Another downer is that it is certified as an 18 year old purchase. You cannot buy this product if you are under the age of 18 , but can still watch over on channel 4 or online. People may also say there is only six episodes which is a letdown , but , as stated there is a new series coming to us next january which the fine writers are working on right now , and hopefully will become as successfull as this DVD.
Summary : So yes , to all those older teens out there who are interested in a really good laugh now and then , this DVD brings a whole new comedy to life. This if definatly one of my favourite programs as of late. A Real head banger of a show which appeals to anyone interested in young life. The story background is great nand the acting is fantastic. Amazing .....
