    Advantages Advantages Good cool down routine

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Main workout, unenthusiastic hosts, no real toning excercises..............

    Every year my sister takes part in the "Race for life" in aid of cancer research, she was due to take part this year with a friend but unfortunately the friend was unable to make it at the very last minute. I was somehow convinced to take part with less than 24 hours before the race was due to take place, we walked the 5k course and I managed far better than anyone expected I even suffered less after effects than my sister (Which I was secretly delighted with!)     Advantages Advantages good moves

    Disadvantages Disadvantages gets boring , anoying presenter , the girls don't talk much just follow

    When I bought this video , I thought it would be the girls from liberty x teaching you the dance moves to their songs.I was wrong how ever this video is rather good. Filmed in Southern Spain , the girls , Michelle , Kelli and Jessica are joined by choreographer Hardy Laguda , who i must add is slighly anoying! The workout is split into 3 different chunks - the warm up which lasts for 10 minutes , 30 mints of the main workout and a 10 minute cool down!     Disadvantages Disadvantages some quite fast moves, takes time to get it wright.

    Liberty x toned - the dance floor workout Michelle, Kelly and Jessica join choreographer Hardy Laguda for a dance work out filmed on the beach in Spain. This DVD is all danced based with. It comes in three sections- The warm up (10 mins) The main work out (30 mins) The cool down (10mins) As you would imagine the warm up starts slow getting your muscles ready for the main work out, you will stretch and tone your body gradually getting faster until you ready for the dance work out.
