One of the funniest films that i've seen in recent times was 'Say It isn't So'. Me and my mates could not stop ourselves from rolling around on the floor, it had so many one liners, and the subject for the film adds to the hilarity. Once i had picked myself off the floor, i knew that i would need to get myself a copy for my ever growing DVD collection. It took awhile to find and when i did it came as part of a Double, which suited me down to a tee, due to the other DVD in the pack which features my future wife (one lives in hope!). I purchased the set from HMV for £10 over 2 years ago, but it is available at Amazon.co.uk for a little over £6 +p&p!
The two DVD's come in a cardboard sleave/box, I discarded mine long ago, It gives no extra information and is only used really for packaging. The only evidence that remains that the DVD's are part of a set are the words 'Not For Individual Sale' printed on the back of each case.

~The Film~
I remembered when i first saw this film and read the Tag line "Matt never saw her coming... but all his friends had!" i knew that i would enjoy this film. Of course without giving too much away, the central character Matthew is at High School and starts with him deciding what
to put for his comment for the school year book, I will always remember... After a short introduction to his life at college and his friends Matt returns home to first lay eyes on Danielle who has moved in next door. Well it's Love at first sight, and who could blame him! Little does he know that Danielle is also known as 'Athena' in the Adult Entertainment industry. A fact that is brought to his attention by his friends. What ensues is a comical look at every high school boy's fantasy, trying to date a porn star. What adds to the humour is that Matthew is in the running for a scholarship at Georgetown which involves making a speech about 'moral fibre'. The humour is very much following the same line as other High School films, and new characters are introduced along the way which include a 'Pimp' and an 'Adult Film Producer'! All the characters in this film play their part well! If you are looking for a RomCom with an edge, then this is the Film for you, if you're expecting flesh you will be disappointed.

#Still Gallery: Photos taken whilst filming, a few good ones of the main stars aswell as the director.

~The Film~
As i have already stated, this film is hillarious from start to finish! The basic story line is about mistaken identity with great comical effect. Gilly is a young guy, working in an animal shelter with hopes of becoming a Vetanarian. He meets Jo and over a period of 6 months falls in love with her... Then the unthinkable happens and the comedy really starts. There are loads of gags in the film and some great visual comedy sections, which include pierced nipples and a head of bees along with the retrival of an engagement ring too. Orlando Jones as 'Dig' is very funny and his quick dialect and comic timing are outstanding. Although none of the cast let the film down. My only recommendation for this film is that if you haven't seen it, you should!

If you enjoy a good comedy, then you will not go wrong by watching these films. They are well worth spending an evening in, but be prepared for your sides to split when watching 'Say It isn't So'.
