This film is action packed full of top of the range street racers, with nitro's which are nitros oxide and all the kit. It starts off with three Civics kitted up to the max, doing a boost to me and you stealing a truck load of electrical goods. Then the story all becomes apparent when Brian a undercover cop trys to get in with the street racers to find out who is doing the boosts. Dominic the gang leader doesnt take a welcoming to Brian and tries to get him fired from his job at the racers edge a car shop for performance car parts.
Later on he turns up at a street race in his supra wanting to race, if he wins he takes the money and the respect and if he loses his car is gone. Then he loses the race because his piston rings got fried and ows Dom a ten second car, but before he has chance to had over the keys and the slip the cops turn up and they all take off. Dom parks his car in a secret lot and takes a walk only to find the cops chasing him, lucky for him Brian is there to pick him up. But then a turn for the worse when the triads turn up and shoot the hell out of his car. Then goes to Doms house for a party and Brian starts chatting u Doms sister before she takes him home. The next day he gets pulled over by the cops his partners in crime, who take him to a house in Hollywood. After he takes his blow up car to Doms work shop where they start to work on it for the race works street race in the desert. They try and return to its original state. Then brian asks Doms sister out on a date which Dom isnt to pleased about, they go out then afterwards go back home for a little action.
The desert race Doms mechanical wiz races his dads jetta for slips and loses against one of the triads, so he does a runner with the car. Later on Dom has an argument with his sister then he and his gang takes off, Brian gets the idea that they are going to do another boost. He tells Doms sister about it and they take off to find and stop them. The boost goes wrong because the truck drives are becoming aware of the boosts and carry weapons, unlucky for the gang the driver is carrying a shotgun and shoots one of the gang and gets caught up on the wire untill Brian comes and saves him and calls the air rescue unit and tells them his badge number and name so they all find out that he is a cop. Dom races off home to gets his dads car which his dad died in. Then the triads turn up and blow the jetta up and shoot one of the gang, Brian chases after them and kills them. Dom finds him and offers him a race but a train comes and they ust miss it but a lorry smashes in to Doms car, he survives the crash and Brian gives him the ten second car and they call it quits. Dom drives off and that is it. I think that this film is excelent but that is because i am in to cars and action films make up your mind if you want to see it from my review of the film.

Advantages: Back to the cruising scene with great cars, great sound systems and great girls. Action packed Disadvantages: It's not as good as Fast and Furious, poor acting, unrealistic story
Advantages: Plenty of action, nice effects, Vin Diesel, no need to think too hard. Disadvantages: Not really any, unless you're expecting something that it's not.
