winning is the way to power, The Fast And The Furious is pure fast-paced, adrenaline-fuelled car action. Paul Walker stars as a rookie cop who goes undercover, posing as a racing member in Vin Diesel's team, to investigate a series of hijackings. Walker finds himself in jeopardy, when some of the gang become suspicious of him, and he has to choose where his loyalties lie...2 Fast 2 Furious:Supercharged action exploding onto the streets of Miami. Incredible cars driven to the edge, beautiful girls and a lifestyle to die for... Director John Singleton brings you the nitrous-injected sequel. Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) has lost his job after letting his friend Dom Toretto, a street-racing crime boss, escape the law. Now he's back in Miami with his old friend, Roman Pearce (Tyrese). He's working undercover for the cops to avoid punishment for his actions. And he's racing again - this time, it's for his life...The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift:Prepare for the most explosive action in the latest instalment built on speed. Sean Boswell (Lucas Black - Jarhead) is an outsider and underdog street racer. Sent to live in Tokyo, the motherland of drift racing - an exhilarating balance of speeding and gliding through a heart-stopping course of hairpin turns and switchbacks, Sean unknowingly takes on the Drift King - a local champion with ties to the Japanese crime machine, Yakuza. Sean's loss comes at a high price tag when he falls for DK's girlfriend, Neela (Nathalie Kelley) and an explosive series of events is set into motion, climaxing with the ultimate high stakes face-off.

time-honoured male fantasies (hot cars, hot women, hot action) into a vacuous plot of crystalline purity. It's trash, but it's fun trash, in which a hotshot Los Angeles cop named Brian (Paul Walker) infiltrates a gang of street racers suspected of fencing stolen goods from hijacked trucks. The gang leader is Dom (Vin Diesel), ex-con and reigning king of the street racers, who lives for those 10 seconds of freedom when his high-performance "rice rocket" (a highly modified Asian import) hurtles toward another quarter-mile victory. Racing is street theater for a lawless youth subculture, and Dom is a star behind the wheel--charismatic, dangerous, and protective toward his sister Mia (Jordana Brewster), who's attracted to Brian as the newest member of Dom's car-crazy team. Director Rob Cohen treats this like Roman tragedy for MTV junkies, pushing every scene to adrenaline-pumping extremes; when his camera isn't caressing a spectrum of nitrous oxide-enhanced dream machines, it's ogling countless slim 'n' sexy race babes. The undercover-cop scenario cheaply borrows the split-loyalty theme perfected inDonnie Brasco; a rival Asian gang adds mystery and menace; and digital trickery is cleverly employed to explore the fuel-injected innards of the day-glo racecars. It's about as substantial as a perfume ad, but just as alluring, and for heavy-metal maniacs of any age, Diesel's superblown '69 Charger proves that Detroit muscle never goes out of style. --Jeff Shannon

Advantages: Three films with unbeliavably nice cars in Disadvantages: The films arnt that great
Although i enjoyed the first two films and didn't love nor hate the third. i feel this release is unnecessary. but the main reason i don't really like it is all down to the third film;

The fast and the furious-Tokyo drift. if it didn't have "The fast and the furious" in the title you would have know idea its anything to do with the other two. at least they had the same character in. but this is just a completely different thing alltoghter. i thought the third was going to lead on from the second and show Brian O'Connor setting up a garage like it said in the film. but anyway ill move on.
The fast and the furious- i really enjoyed this film, it was different to anything i had seen back then and the characters were good as well.
the story follows Brian O'Connor played excellently by Paul Walker an undercover cop assigned to find out who's stealing electronic equipment he gets in with Domenic Toretto played brilliantly by Vin Diesel, whilst trying to find out who stole the goods O'Connor falls for Domenic's sister Mia. He ends up liking Domenic and sets out to try and prove hes innocent. the story is good but the best bits are just the cars and the racing.
The fast and the furious is by far the best in the set, you would be better off just getting this one in my opinion.
2fast2furious- i liked this film not as much as the first but more than the last so its quite fitting that's its in the middle
the story is slightly like the first in that Paul Walker returns as Brian O'Connor and with help from Roman Pearce played well by Tyrese Gibson the team again have to get in with a crime boss Carter Verone played excellently by Cole Hauser.Eva Mendes pays an undercover agent Monica Fuentes who has been with Verone for a while. it has some great car races, car and boat chases and is quite slick. but just cant beat the original.
The fast and the furious-Tokyo drift like i said already i didn't really like this film as much i just think it could of been released as nothing to do with The fast and the furious.
the story is quite good however instead of an undercover cop trying to infiltrate a gang it follows Shaun Boswell played brilliantly by Lucas Black he is sent to his dads in japan after illegal street racing and the threat of jail time. but he cant keep away from the racing.howver in japan its different, its all about drifting. he looses his first race to DK who has ties to the japanese criminals and must pay off the debt buy going into the Tokyo underworld.
if you just take the film its watchable and not that bad, it just i would of like The fast and the furious three to off been a follow on from the others.
i think the price was about £25.99 which isn't too bad but the first to are quite old films so i don't really think its worth it.
if you want to see three films with really nice cars and some good race/chase sequences it could be worth while. but if you've already seen them i would doubt you buy them for that price.
