How High Is Your EYE Q?

Advantages: Increased brain function, vision, reduced risk of heart attack
Disadvantages: None

was on the Eye Q. I decided to try Amy on it. She was good at reading, but was struggling in Maths at school. I put her on the same dose. Again, the same thing happened. It took about 6 weeks, but her teacher mentioned that she was concentrating better, and her Maths had improved. It could be a coincidence, couldn?t it? After the 12 weeks was up, I reduced James? levels down to 2 in the morning as it recommends, and noticed a backwards slide with him after about a week, so I put him back up to 6. After several trial and error attempts to reduce the dosage, I decided that he is better off on the full dose all the time. Amy, however, has a maintenance dose of 3 capsules each morning. The children have now been taking Eye Q for 3 years. Amy has caught up with the rest of her class. Her reading ability is way above average ...

How Tinker Bell Began!

Advantages: A nice, magical film
Disadvantages: Definately aimed at a younger audience!

wonderfully ?Tinker Bell? was animated. We all know Tinker Bell from Peter Pan, so it was quite nice to learn a little bit more about her life and how she started off. There are two songs in the film, one at the start and one at the finish. I find that these still sound very ?Disney?. They are not pop songs and I think they still have the Disney magic about them. This is definitely a little girls film! I can?t imagine any boys wanting to sit down and watch this. And I also think once you get past the age of 8 or 9 you won?t want to watch this anymore. The film has a runtime of 78 minutes. I think this was a good length. The film didn?t drag on and my attention was held throughout! The DVD is available from Amazon right now for £11.68. I certainly won?t be buying it, and I won?t go out of my way to see it again, but it is a nice little film ...

Nivea Visage Anti-Wrinkle Q10 Plus Eye Cream - more Q1 than Q10!

Advantages: Ergonomic tube.
Disadvantages: No anti-wrinkle effect, does not absorb, no different from a normal (and cheaper) moisturiser!

I have oily skin so have to be quite careful with my moisturisers, however, unfortunately a couple of years ago I started to notice that Mother nature was reprimanding me for my heavy nights down the wine bars and I had started to gain very fine lines around my eyes. Straight away I scoured the anti-wrinkle cream departments of my local pharmacies and tried all sorts of anti-ageing creams. One of these was the Nivea Visage Anti-Wrinkle Q10 Plus Eye Cream. Whilst I unfortunately had to admit in total resignation that I wouldn?t find a wonder cream to make me look 16 again sitting on the shelf of my local Boots, I was hoping to find one that improved the texture and quality of the skin around my eyes that is affected the most. The Nivea Q10 cream unfortunately did not work as well as I was hoping. The little tube was easy to open ...
