The exorcist is now a classic horror film about a young girl who begins acting strangley just after discovering a ouji board. Her mother is a famous actress and a single parent and struggles to find out whats happening to her daugher when she begins acting strangley, itsnot long before a family friend is murdered and the actress begins to suspect her own child, after doctors are at a loss on how to treat her daughter they point her to the church where she approaches a priest and he agrees to perform a exorcism. Personally i do love this film it has a great cast and considering what happens to the daughter they play there parts very well,it is slightly dated and watching it with my friend the other day she did have a good laugh at some bits, butfor its time this is a great movie,it isnt particularly gory but some scenes can still shock i cant wait to see the other two films, but if you enjoy this onethere is a prequal too that was made recently called dominion however it isnt as good as the exorcist
