ragtime, even gospel, as in the rousing lead track, "Gospel Time," complete with huge choral backing and admonitions like "shake that booty Jesus gave you!" He's also about forging links to stateside cousins, as in the remix of "Tell Me," featuring New York City radio jock-rapper Angie Martinez. But dancehall reggae's amazingly prolific king knows he has to bring it all back to reggae dancehall, by sticking to clever patwah lyrics and the sublime "one-drop riddim" pattern that distinguishes reggae from everything else. Beenie's breakout "Who Am I?" was the only reggae track to enter Billboard's '98 R&B and pop charts, and this imaginatively conceived set of hardcore dancehall tunes is packed with plenty more international pop possibilities. --Elena Oumano

Advantages: Nice light comedy Disadvantages: The story and most of the film in general

Advantages: A new Doctor Disadvantages: Lack of action with the Tardis
the area has been pedestrian-ised over, whilst in the story this has two way traffic going down the main thoroughfare.
Extras wise the DVD has a number of documentaries, a UNIT recruitment film and commentary from the cast. Trailers from the time of broadcast are also on the disc, these are quite nostalgic to watch as the BBC idents and voiceovers make this look extremely dated, especially when you realise that this was premier Saturday night entertainment. The extras are good to watch and give an overview into how the episodes were produced, although I would've expected a bit more in terms of the extras personally.
Overall this can be considered an origin story for the Third Doctor and strong one that is entertaining to watch and gives the audience some idea as to what may come in future episodes. This is also a break from the normal ...
Advantages: Fantastic acting Disadvantages: to many fart gags
In the new series of Doctor Who, Russell T Davies pulled off the near impossible, and made a series the BBC had thrown on the scrap heap since 1989 into must-see Saturday evening TV. No longer the preserve of geeks and fanboys, it became primetime family entertainment in ways it hadn't been since the 1970s, and Christopher Eccleston was an impressive, if sadly short-lived, Doctor. Chris gives The Doctor funnyer side with his sarcastic coments. Billie piper (An embarrasment to pop music who sang the hidious "because we want to") is impressive in these few episodes putting her dramatic acting skills to use. The prosthetics in the entertaining two parter is the only fault i can find. The slitheen look like there from the 60's Doctor who! Apart from that its a brilliant buy. ...
