Advantages: Performances. Disadvantages: Requires your undivided attention.
Perhaps the main reason The Deer Hunter connects with me so much, emotionally, each time I watch it is because it's not really what I would call a "War Film".

Advantages: Good looking dino flick that appeals to aduts as well as children Disadvantages: Dinosaurs look too soft
Being a big cinemagoer I had planned to see this in all it?s glory on the big screen (I?ll go watch almost anything) but no-one would go with me so I had to wait for this DVD, and I was pleasantly surprised!
I?m not the biggest disney fan. As a kid I watched ?em but even then they didn?t do much for me. Aladdin was good, as were The Lion King and Tarzan but as for the rest?Pocohontas? Mulan? I didn?t even bother, so I was glad that Dinosaur managed to keep me entertained for an hour and a half.
All kids (male ones at least) love dinosuars and I don?t think I outgrew this, (Jurassic Park is one of my all time fave films) so this was bound to please on at least that level.
The story is of a dinosur egg which ends up in the care of a family of Lemurs (Lemurs were not about during the time of the dinosaurs but Disney wanted cute ...
Advantages: Realistic, brings the dinosaurs to life, brilliant effects Disadvantages: None

I enjoyed going to watch this at the cinema so much so that we couldn't wait to but the DVD so it could be enjoyed over and over again.
The DVD contains special features such as, behind the scenes features, production notes a virtually interactive realistic game called Aladar's Adventures, Dino Search game, Dino-pedia children love dinosaurs and this is one of the most life like best dinosaur films full of facts and animated menus all to get the most out of your DVD.
This film is rated a PG due to the fact it contains mild threat and violence (basically dinosaurs fighting) But I would still consider this film suitable for children.
The film includes skilled actors such as, D.B. Sweeney, Alfre Woodard, Ossie Davis, Max Casella, Hayden Panettiere and directed by Eric Leighton, Ralph ...
