These are very old fashioned in the way they are filmed. When the lady tells you what to do , the girl on the screen has usually already finished doing it. The music is annoying , a bit like music in a lift. There are a wide variety of exercises to do, but none really enjoyable. If you want a good old fashioned dance around to up to date music, then dont go for this. If your old and hard of hearing then dont go for this because you wont hear the music at all. If you just want to learn some quick exercises that you can fit into your day to day life, then give it a go. Take what you need and then put it away.
