What ia the Adam and Joe Show?

Well its was a channel four based comedy show, written and presented by adam and Joe. It ran for 4 series'. It was supposed to be filmed in Adam and Joes Brixton bedsit and consisted of lots of sketches of varying length, some just a few seconds, others a few minutes. They enjoyed filming (then) current films using toys. Life the magnificent spoof of Saving Private ... ...various cuddly toys.
In the year of 2004 this fine best of DVD was released onto the market, the RRP was £19.99 but I picked it up for £3.99 more recently.

...I bought the Adam and JoeDVD as a present for my boyfriend knowing he'd enjoyed watching it back in the day (the show ran from 1996 to 2001). Although I enjoyed watching the series I wasn't expecting too much from the DVD as there were a few sketches that were always a bit hit or miss.
However the DVD is a condensed version of the four series' of "The Adam and Joeshow" that were originally shown on channel 4. It contains all the "best bits" and is to summarize in one word- HILARIOUS,
The show took the form of short sketches with links filmed in Adam and Joe's "bedsit" in London. 'Adam and Joe' are Adam Buxton and Joe Cornish, two friends who met at school and have been working together on comedy sketches and projects ever since.
