Boy Band no more! This shows the new improved talented and sexy MAN BAND!!!!!
Back with renewed talent and energy this DVD is a fantastic watch. It is shot Live in Manchester which indicates straight away that it will be an amazing show as bands always perform better for their home crowd. We are introduced to a 'manager' who shows scenes of manufacturing a boy band and how they are put together showing the supposed making of Take That. The boys then storm the stage and thoroughly entertain with great song all from their old albums, featuring loads of number ones and favourites. We are also treated to a fantastic Beatles medley which is really upbeat and had me dancing on my sofa! We see the return of the 'manager' who gives out the rules of being in a boy band, this is a very amusing part of the DVD and we get references to the split with Robbie and how Gary cannot actually dance. Gary then proves us all wrong and does shown that he clearly has had dancing lessons and struts his stuff. We are treated to the vocals of Beverley Knight to accompany Relight my Fire which is amazing and great to watch. There is loads of great Bonus material which lasts nearly an hour and a half including the ultimate fans, understage action and the ultimate story. The bonus CD which comes in this set comtains 5 live songs from the boys and lasts just over 20 minutes. I was bought this DVD as a present but I know it cost £12.99 but can probably be found for slightly less if you shop around. We are treated to the original logo from the boys which makes an attractive cover for this DVD and inside is a small book containing all the details of the songs and the credits. A great DVD for any fan
