this fast paced, fun aerobic workout. Together with her close friend Melissa Scott, who is a personal fitness trainer, the girls have devised Funk, Salsa and Disco workouts which will zap you into shape in no time !The brilliantly choreographed routines combine to form an effective total body toning regime. So take steps to looking good and feeling great.... and have fun in the process. Suzanne has specially arranged the routines enabling you to follow either the basic or the advanced team. All the steps are easy to follow and focus on toning and firming up all those wobbly bits!
Advantages: Good exercise and you can dip into the different sections Disadvantages: Not so much dance, unrealistic nutritional advice
...The DVD is well set out with an introduction to the programme followed by the option to do the full workout or to choose from the following sections:
Warm up
Cardio vascular
Upper bodytoning
Standing stretch
Lower bodytoning
Floor stretch
Abs
Cool down
Allowing you to focus on the areas you think need it most, without having to do the full workout.
The exercises were mostly fairly easy to do and you can feel them working, but I found myself getting left behind when they'd switch to a different exercise without saying anything and leave me looking at the floor on a previous exercise! (This doesn't seem to happen as much when you've done it a few times).
I had expected the DVD to be very dance inspired (I think it was the name), but a number of the exercises are what you'd find on any aerobics video and the abs...

Advantages: Fun, great music, basic and easy to understand Disadvantages: not so good to "get fit", too basic at some points

There are three main routines that she teaches you, each with a chorus and verse - "Maneater" by Nelly Furtado, "SOS" By Rhianna, "Aint No Other Man" by Christina Aguilera and "Beep" by The Pussycat Dolls. The DVD also includes other extras like meeting the dance troupe, make up tips etc as well as a full routine...

Advantages: Melts onto the skin; leaves skin soft and smooth; lovely smell Disadvantages: Expensive
...Exfoliating is one of the most important steps of my skincare routine and one that makes the biggest difference to my biggest body irk - the tiny bumps that appear on the tops of my arms when my skin is a bit dry. The Clarins ToningBody Polisher is one of the best exfoliators I've found and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
It's both a sugar and a salt scrub and is packed with essential oils - rosewood, geranium, hazelnut, mint, palm, rosemary and shea - which all work to moisturise the skin, as well as exuding gorgeous smells. It has a really fresh, intense and invigorating smell which really perks you up in the morning - initially it's very strong but calms down when you start to use it. To use, you simply apply a generous amount to damp skin - the moisture means that the scrub almost melts into your skin and the grains don...
