The film, if you can even call this distasteful, plotless gimmick a film is about a group of teenagers who are trying to buy alcohol for a party. Unfortunately this is where the plot ends. There was very little substance to this film and it seemed to rely on crude vulgarity as a rather poor substitute for real humour.
On many occasions I was forced to leave the room due to the severe embarrassment caused by the pathetic attempts at comedy. One particularly distressing scene was the incident where a girl used the boys leg "as a tampon". I felt this was most inappropriate content for a 15 rated "family" film and it caused my to almost retch with disgust. I would like to express my moral and social outrage that such a film should even be allowed to be made. It seems the world is in a sorry state that so many reviewers find this tiresome vileness acceptable and even entertaining. It is my belief that such a film should carry a warning for people with a weak dispostion such as myself.
I suppose it didn't help that I am a 46 year old mother of 7 who watched the "film" with my 3 sons (age 15, 16 and 17) and their 14 friends, but I was trying to "get down with the crew" I believe is the correct term.
The one saving grace was the character McLovin. I must say his visage is most appealing on the eye. "hot stuff" I believe is the expression used by the youth of today...if only i was a few years younger eh?! Definitely wouldn't say no to a bit of courtship with that "rude boi"

Thank you so much for this. My younger brother has asked me to let him watch the film this weekend but I definitely shall NOT be allowing this now. It is nice to see a reviewer behaving so responsibly.
