I really loved Superbad . It is a totally laugh out loud comedy .
Superbad is directed by Greg Mottola and produced by Judd Apatow who also directed Knocked up and 40 year old virgin .
Basically these 3 guys are horny teenagers , who want beer are on a long journey in this movie .
The 3 main characters work brilliant together (Seth, Evan, and Fogell), I thought Fogell who is played by... Christopher Mintz-Plasse is hiliarous he plays the part of a nerdy teenager , but his character is brilliant .
Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg actually started writing the script when they were 13 years old in high school
There is a part where Fogell fakes his I.D. And changes is name on the I.D. to McLovin and it says that's he is 25 rather than 21 to get beer from a shop ,( as if he looks 25.... ha ha ha ) it is then he meets these 2 cops in the store, they are Officer Slater (Bill Hader) and Officer Michaels (Seth Rogen).....You have to see this part as it is side splitting funny .
Through the first half of the movie you get to know the characters really well, and lots of jokes and laughs along the way .
I don't think that you will be disappointed in this movie , If you are a fan of American pie , than this film will be right up your street .
Also there is some great bonus material on the dvd Example :-
7 deleted/extended scenes The Making Of Superbad featurette Everyone Hates Michael Cera featurette On Set Diary Line-O-Rama outtakes Dancing Title Sequence Audio commentary by cast and crew Gag reel Cop Car Confessions outtakes Press Junket Meltdown Audition tapes
plus many more......
The outakes are great and you will fully enjoy them .
