Dead Kids (DVD)

Advantages: One of the best American horror movies of all time
Disadvantages: The film is little known

...Strange Behaviour (AKA Dead Kids) takes you back to a time when horror was horror; during the 1980's horror was at its most creative. The early 80's were probably one of the best times for horror movies in the history of film making. For me when I think seriously about horror movies Strange Behaviour is one of the first movies I think of. Set in a small backwater town in Illinois, life appears to be a peaceful and serene experience. However a sinister underbelly is slowly being exposed; lots of people talk of events past and marry them up to events of the present. ...---Intro--- Upon purchase of this album there was a big lime green sticker telling me it was the 'Hardcore album of the Year'. This should be good hopefully… Comeback Kid is a band from Winnipeg, Canada. Formed in 2002 they started just as a bit of fun. Upon release of an EP, they gained such a good response that they began touring. They released their first album 'Turn it Around' and appeared at shows such as Hellfest and began touring with some bigger named hardcore bands. They describe themselves as sounding like Good Riddance, Anthrax and Nirvana. Disadvantages: Violent and very gory, a little padded in places
