...I received the Audrey Hepburn boxset for christmas which included the one and only Breakfast at Tiffany's. This has to be my favourite film out of the boxset, Audrey look so glamourous throughout the film and never fails to look beautiful.
For all you people who have never seen Breakfast at Tiffany's i would say at least watch it once, i'm sure you will find you watch it again!
This film shows that although we may always dream we want something, we dont realise what we really need is standing in front of us. This film fills me with hope of happiness and pure sadness that some people's aims in life are to pretend to be something they are not.
Throughout the film Audrey shines and she is someone i would just love to be! She has a quirky look about her which just makes you love her.
Watching this film helps when you feel down...

...This film is really cool and should be watched by all. It is a classic tale of rebellion which soon spreads sort of to everyone in the detention. Good acting by all characters including the teacher and of course the lead charcater.
The film is also funny yet has a real meaning to it as well in a time where films feel they can only be funny - thats why the BreakfastClubstands out amongst the rubbish films of that time.
A must see film. A good film to watch!!!...

Advantages: good non demanding comedy Disadvantages: moments of naffness
...When I first watched the breakfastclub as a teenager way back in the 80’s it was for one reason only - drool appeal. So I was interested to see this film again and see if it was as awful as I thought it would be. I was pleased to find that not only did it bring back wonderful memories of the decade that taste forgot but that it was actually a thoughtful and appealing movie.
The 80’s were known for its teen comedies and the director of The BreakfastClub, John Hughes was instrumental to many of them (Weird Science, Pretty in Pink, Some Kind of Wonderful, Ferris Bueller's Day Off). However unlike the sex and booze-drenched antics of most teen comedies of the era The BreakfastClub is very dialogue-driven.
The BreakfastClub is a small group of high school students who have to spend their Saturday in detention...
