Advantages: Good for the beginner and some interested strength training methods
Disadvantages: Not very good as a cardio routine

It's real, it's in a cage and it hurts.

The all new Ultimate Fighting Championship was under new management and just getting bigger and more mainstream with each event to the point where it is now getting bigger crowds than boxing and is mainstream tv in america. UFC lets fighters use all the skill from every martial art, boxing, kicking, wrestling, throws, submissions. Just another event from PRIDE

Advantages: Wanderlei Silvas aggression and the skyscraper knees from Randleman
Disadvantages: Just to many mismatches

...!!! this hurts, alot. Pride 23 was no classic but still worth a look for fight fans. As allways it was held in the massive Tokyo Dome with a equally massive crowd. Not a whole lot of great fights with many mismatches, what pride fans have come to expect over the years. Punches and kicks fill 56

Advantages: great mix of styles
Disadvantages: none
