Trip H King of Kings
Review of WWE - Triple H - King Of Kings DVD by philserbaby

Advantages: outstanding, great interviews and great selection of his best matches
Disadvantages: Could possibly of been 3 disc edition

...career of Triple H and comments from the man himself on each match that is shown. It really is a brilliant compilation. Even if Triple H is not your favourite wrestler this DVD is total quality and is a total must for the fanatical WWE fan. ... Read review

...the biggest event on the WWE calendar. And wrestlemania 6-11 are up there amoung the greatest. A dramatic season, a dramatic DVD
Review of Everton - Season Review 2004/2005 DVD by JonnyC91

Advantages: Exciting, entertaining, innovative
Disadvantages: Lack of BBC/SKY commentary

Having owned Everton season review videos and DVDs heralding back to 1996/97, I can honestly say over the years they've been a grim watch- the constant battles against relegation, disturbing lack of goals, and defeat after defeat, contributing to a depressing watch for all Evertonians. Ray Stubbs succinctly sets the scene of the mood at Goodison Park in the summer of 2004- the disasterous end to the 2003-04 season which had seen the Blues fourth ...
...sale, when it just seemed Everton were in for another season of relegation struggle- the critics predicted doom and morale hit an almighty low. But the revival and transformation throughout the course of the season adds to the drama of this DVD- how Everton went from no-hopers into the midst of the European elite- it is a pulsating watch, for any football fan- it's an opportunity to see a footballing miracle. All the big wins of an incredible season ... Read review

Great for a laugh
Review of John Jacobs - Faults And Cures DVD by SimoD

Advantages: Hilarious
Disadvantages: Too funny, not serious enough as a golf advice DVD

John Jacobs - the golf genius - unfortunately this DVD isn't as genius. When I first watched this DVD, I was eagerly anticipating some helpful tips to improve my game...however, I was too busy in fits of laughter to take it seriously. When you place this DVD in your DVD player, the first thing that greets you is a hilarious into scene, depicting classic upper-class sports such as boules, horse polo and randomers driving golf caddies around the ...
...your fingers crossed, hoping that John is going to sort out all your golfing worries. Admittedly the advice is good and John certainly knows the game inside out, but you'll only notice the good advice once you and your mates have stopped rolling on the floor laughing. Picture quality is terrible, fashion sense abysmal. (John does include some cracking comments none the less) I felt quite deceived to be honest with you. If you look at the picture ... Read review

Eat My Goal - Nesbitt
Review of Eat My Goal DVD by mikeywhitto

Advantages: Funny
Disadvantages: Most blunders seen before on other DVDs

Eat My Goal. Typical football cock-up DVD with own-goals, goal-keeper mistakes, bad misses (and a few good things as well). Nevertheless, there is one problem with this DVD - James Nesbitt. The Irish voice is really annoying (it's not his fault I know) and his football skills he tries to show off aren't any better. The only problem with a DVD like this is that there are so many of them around - Own Goals and Gaffs, Ian Wright's It Really Shouldn't ...
...guarantee that no clip on Eat my Goal cannot be found on any of the other DVDs... there aren't that many blunders after all! Here is a showdown of the main sections of the DVD: 1. Eat My Goal - Own Goals 2. The Humiliator 3. Humiliating Defeats 4. The Humiliator 2 5. Humiliating Defeats 2 6. Goalkeepers 7. The Humiliator 3 8. Goalkeepers 2 9. Referees 10. The Humiliator 4 11. Bad Misses 12. Penalty Misses 13. Top Ten If this DVD was ... Read review
