Review of Power Yoga Total Body (DVD)

Great if you are a beginner looking to relax

Advantages: Relaxing, unchallenging, good if you're short on time
Disadvantages: Lack of content, bit too easy

This DVD has two different 20-min workouts with two different presenters, both set in beautiful locations. Its quite a gentle workout with emphasis on the meditative side of yoga, so its perfect if you are a beginner looking to practice yoga for both body and mind, and don't have much time to spend. Personally I was a bit disappointed as the website I got it from didn't specify that it was for beginners! I was looking for something more challenging, ...

There are lengthy interviews with the presenters on the dvd, which I found strange as the amount of actual yoga content was very little in comparison (dvd run time is 100 minutes with only 40 minutes of that on the 2 workouts). It's Physically impossible not to laugh yourself thin with Coleen

Advantages: energetic, soundtrack, length, presenter, trainer

Coleen Nolan has been one of key people in my life for nearly three years, and coinciding with my love for fitness comes my passion for Coleen's workout DVDs. I used to be a HUGE Steps fan in my younger days! I was mad about them! I had all their CDs , Videos , Books , T Shirts , Scarfs , Posters , Mugs .... if it had a Steps logo on it , I had it. So as you can image I was pretty gutted when they split up. Does Jeremy Kyle really access all areas of quality?

Advantages: Gives an insider view of the popular TV show.
Disadvantages: Bit expensive for what it is. Not a lot more than you would get in a standard episode.
