A potted history of heavy haulage.

Advantages: Very informative
Disadvantages: Not to everyones taste

...this when i was browsing the 99p shop, but you can aquire it for as much as £10 from places such as amazon.co.uk. It is approximately 53 minutes long and originally i think it was released on video. The format I have is the DVD though. It is only a one track DVD so you cant skip through it only fast forward. Review of The World Of Heavy Haulage (DVD)

Different way to do some exercise and have fun

Advantages: it is quite good fun and you do a different kind of exercise
Disadvantages: some of the movements are a bit difficult

I always like Aerobics oz style and I have been following them on sky for a long time. When I bought this DVD it came together with others with different types of exercise and, to be honest, I was not sure what to expect from this one as Belly dance is not my favourite but I did try it and I quite enjoyed it. The presenters are quite good and you can follow the majority of the movements even if some are quite hard and I did feel a bit like a mannequin ...
