This is a good DVD for anyone who wants to get started on the electric guitar, and begin to play things a bit more complicated to impress friends and family. Keith Wyatt is obviously a very accomplished and skilled guitar player, and he knows what he's talking about. He presents new skills clearly and teaches what he knows well. Are you getting your 3 a week?

Advantages: Good for those pushed for time; mostly well instructed
Disadvantages: Cardio Box difficult to follow initially; not really challenging enough
