Successful Sugarcraft - Elaine MacGregor

Advantages: Precise clear demonstrations
Disadvantages: 1980's style - very dated

As a beginner to sugarcraft this dvd cover looked exactly like the type of thing I wanted to be able to create, I thought the dvd would show me how to re-create the cake on the front cover and more alike - this cake is not mentioned, clearly an up to date cover!! The returning nightmares just won't go away

Advantages: Ramsay
Disadvantages: repetitive

The basic premise of this series: Gordon Ramsay goes to a struggling restaurant, tells the chef the food is sh*t and the owner he's a wan*er. The owner kicks off and argues with Gordon, before giving into his proposals, and finally rejoicing when Gordon saves the restaurant from going down the pan, all in the space of a week.
