Review of Power Yoga Total Body (DVD)

Great if you are a beginner looking to relax

Advantages: Relaxing, unchallenging, good if you're short on time
Disadvantages: Lack of content, bit too easy

This DVD has two different 20-min workouts with two different presenters, both set in beautiful locations. Its quite a gentle workout with emphasis on the meditative side of yoga, so its perfect if you are a beginner looking to practice yoga for both body and mind, and don't have much time to spend. I used to be a HUGE Steps fan in my younger days! I was mad about them! I had all their CDs , Videos , Books , T Shirts , Scarfs , Posters , Mugs .... if it had a Steps logo on it , I had it. Does Jeremy Kyle really access all areas of quality?

Advantages: Gives an insider view of the popular TV show.
Disadvantages: Bit expensive for what it is. Not a lot more than you would get in a standard episode.
