Empowering and fantastic!!

Advantages: DIfferent, interesting!
Disadvantages: Exhausting!! (thats probably a good thing though!)

I have tried many many workout videos! Each have eithered not pushed me enough or bored me after a while! These are different! The boxing element makes it more fun then other \'aerobic\' excerise dvds, and it continously challenges you to work harder! It definately improved my fitness as you are being pushed more and more. ...these dvds you do, and i though half hour wouldnt be enough to actually achieve something, well i was very wrong!! It works you hard for that half hour and it can be fitted into your day easily, i highly recommend this boxset as i still continue doing it now, months after i bought it! Ive never done that with other workout dvds! Now i dont need to waste money on more and more workout/diet dvds that just collect dust!! Im saving money and losing weight! ...

Best of a bad bunch

Advantages: easily accessible format
Disadvantages: not quite enough focus on correct form/techniques

...I do believe that this Davina DVD is the best yet. It is both motivating and effective (if you keep it up, of course, and lay off the cakes!). It comprises of 3x30 minute workouts (as it's name suggests!). Each workout focuses on a different aspect of fitness. BUT... it's drawback or weak-point is that it's not too good in teaching the technique. I would imagine that for a complete beginner there may be some problems, not with the difficulty (though ...

Hotpants Workout - It really works!

Advantages: good fun, dance routines make the sessions fly by!
Disadvantages: lots of stomach crunches towards the end ;-/

Enjoyable workout in a beautiful location.

Advantages: Fun moves, beautiful scenery, good music
Disadvantages: not very hard, moves sometimes complex, commentary sometimes irritating

I've been doing this workout for about ten years, on and off, originally as part of school PE class, then I bought my own VHS copy and, most recently, DVD. It has certainly stood the test of time.
