I have tried many NRT to give up smoking and nothing has worked so i thought what the heck i will give it a go. This lady, Jan Fennell, teaches you how to understand the dog behaviour and more importantly how to rectify it. As its a DVD obviously its great to watch her at work with other people dogs, and to see how quickly her methods work on the most naughty of dogs.

A not very subtle birthday present from my mother this DVD is basically a way for people to politley tell their loved ones to have a wardrobe overhaul. ...two "hopeless housewives!" fight for the crown (literally-it is presented at the end of the show) by cleaning up their dirty messy homes (dont you just love noseying around other people's houses?!). This DVD is simply perfect if you are unmotivated to clean, struggle with keeping up with the housework or just want to watch some entertaining and occasionally very funny TV. I find this show so inspiring...just seeing Anthea's massive and pristine country ...
I've always been a bit skeptical with fitness DVD's. I never believed they'd really achieve anything and that they were more of a "soft touch" approach to exercising. I'll happily admit that when I started using this DVD I was proven wrong. It provided me with a really tough and demanding workout that over time would really provide good results.
