Most people will know Charlie Brooks for her character Jeanine Butcher in Eastenders, I am unsure weather this DVD did in fact help Charlie lose the weight but it is true she is now looking great. I aways feel these kinds of DVD's are stupid in the sense that the celebrities put there name on them and get all the recognition yet it is fitness trainers who actually 'teach' you the work out. ...after buying the DVD and using it 2 twice a day (morning before work and Evening after dinner) I did star to lose a couple pounds but shortly after that the work out was not helping. ...it, its great for busy people or if you have just started exercising you can start off by completing one 15 minute routine 3 times a week to get you started then progress to 30 minutes and then the full routine if you wish.
