Learn to lap dance in a very un-vuglar manner

Advantages: Gentle stretching exercises, great for toning up wobly bits!
Disadvantages: This might not suit you if you want something more energetic

Does Jeremy Kyle really access all areas of quality?

Advantages: Gives an insider view of the popular TV show.
Disadvantages: Bit expensive for what it is. Not a lot more than you would get in a standard episode.
