The concept of the show is really very simple- Kim and Aggie help people to clean up their houses. It sounds quite dull actually, why would you actually want to watch this? Well the truth is you just can't help yourself! Is one of those compulsive viewings like Come Dine With Me and ... ...and they quiz them about how the house has become to the state it has and what is happening in their lives which means that they can't even ever run a duster around the house. They then set to work! They take swabs to check for bacteria and then give cleaning tips.
