why I think the Linden Method is so good for conquering anxiety.

Advantages: not very expensive,get alot for your money and get your life back again.
Disadvantages: none for me.

This dvd is an intoduction to the linden method which is a brilliant method for conquering panic attacks and anxiety. Its very informative with lots of chapters narrated by Charles Linden himself. He talks about how diet and smoking can affect anxiety as well as many other things to do with anxiety. Don't get sucked in.

Advantages: Good relaxation CD
Disadvantages: No where near detailed enough

Does Jeremy Kyle really access all areas of quality?

Advantages: Gives an insider view of the popular TV show.
Disadvantages: Bit expensive for what it is. Not a lot more than you would get in a standard episode.
