get me some ear plugs and it'd be worth it

Advantages: made me feel like I had actually had a workout
Disadvantages: too much talk

I really enjoyed these dvds. They were a lot more challenging than I first expected (there was me thinking 'as if Jade Goody can teach me how to dance!!' ) The moves were really modern and fitted well with the styles of music used. I genuinely felt like I had had a really good workout at the end of each and have noticed my waist line shrinking (god send!!) The only downside was that each of them have quite annoying voices and decide to talk rubbish ...

Advantages: Easy to learn and easy to follow. A Fun Workout!
Disadvantages: No chapter that just does the full routines

Disadvantages: Not many!

I used to be a HUGE Steps fan in my younger days! I was mad about them! I had all their CDs , Videos , Books , T Shirts , Scarfs , Posters , Mugs .... if it had a Steps logo on it , I had it. So as you can image I was pretty gutted when they split up. Does Jeremy Kyle really access all areas of quality?

Advantages: Gives an insider view of the popular TV show.
Disadvantages: Bit expensive for what it is. Not a lot more than you would get in a standard episode.
