...making some use of the Davina workout i had bought.
Having always been a size 8 before i had my kids i found being a size 12 strange for some time and at one point was really very unhappy about my body i know alot of women feel like this and the mothers in here can understand what its like to find yourself with a totaly different body after having children. I wasn't a fan of going to the gym, i did try it for about 6 weeks but i lacked the confidence ... ...i wanted so i gave Davina a go and Charlie brookes both are fantastic but this is a review about the Davina workout so we will keep to that.

Advantages: worked for a while Disadvantages: didnt work well for me
Most people will know Charlie Brooks for her character Jeanine Butcher in Eastenders, I am unsure weather this DVD did in fact help Charlie lose the weight but it is true she is now looking great. I aways feel these kinds of DVD's are stupid in the sense that the celebrities put there name on them and get all the recognition yet it is fitness trainers who actually 'teach' you the work out.
I have never been one to buy this sort of thing, but hey, ... ...after buying the DVD and using it 2 twice a day (morning before work and Evening after dinner) I did star to lose a couple pounds but shortly after that the work out was not helping. I think the best thing to lose weight is just eat healthy and do a hours exercise a day, But then again everyone says that and I don't think anyone actually listens any more. ...

Advantages: Becomes addictive as you see results fast Disadvantages: Lot of talking but that is only to give you a break in between
...you and you can see Vicky properly sweating notlike others where they are perfect all way through. Then a belly shrinker which is great! Getting my abs back and my love handles are going! ...selection I finally plumped for Joanna Hall. Recognisable from the work she has carried out on ITVs This Morning I felt comfortable in the knowledge she actually knew something about diet and fitness rather than a fly by night celebrity in for a few quid.
Throughout the entire programme she offers tips and advice so that you get the most from the exercises and in such a way you feel like she is your very own personal trainer. She uses two other ... ...addition having learned the routines I now complete them to my own favourite tunes.
The only problem I have found is that I no longer complete the routines as regularly as I should it tends to be once or twice a week- but I can hardly blame Joanna for that! ...

Advantages: fun, relatively cheap and easy, gets results. Disadvantages: air of American cheesiness
...that the instructor was called Billy Blanks and after a little research learned that he was a martial artist who had combined Tae Kwon Do (a Korean martial art) and dance moves and had unintentionally hit upon the idea of Tae Bo. I also learned that he's not as formidable as he looks, either, but encourages the people on the video and the people at home in an energetic and unpatronising way.
The Tae Bo workouts are high energy, but are far from ... ...to doing constant repitions of sit-ups or some other boring exercise, but when I was doing the Tae Bo workouts, I was so distracted by perfecting my kicking and punching that I forgot I was exercising half the time! I was knackered afterwards and really felt like I'd burned off a fair few calories by the time I'd finished!
