You definitely get a good workout!

I've always been a bit skeptical with fitness DVD's. I never believed they'd really achieve anything and that they were more of a "soft touch" approach to exercising. Entertaining journey through celebtrity family trees

Advantages: Entertaining, engrossing, intriguing, at times sentimental, very pleasant viewing
Disadvantages: Geneaological research is limited to trace back only about 150 years

Win yourself a million from the comfort of your armchair.

Advantages: Recreates the thrills and tension of the show. Somewhat addictive.
Disadvantages: Questions are repeated perhaps too often.
