The words of Buddha that I have used as a title here really sum up Michael Palin's current career path. I guess you could call him a professional traveller, an Alan Wicker for the modern age. Except for the initial series where he set him self the task of following the mythical Phileas Fogg around the world in eighty days, Palin is a traveller with out purpose other than to enjoy the journey. Stressed Over exercise? Don't worry just chill!

Chillates is a workout brought to us by the Ministry Of Sound. Combining Yoga, Pilates and the Alexander Technique, it provides a full mind and body workout which improves balance, aerobic fitness, co-ordination and muscle tone. Programmed by a top choreographer, Litza Bixler gives the voice over and introduces the DVD and she has designed it with beginners, intermediate and advanced users in mind meaning there really is ... ...I find it hard balancing Chillates with work. However I do it the best I can and being able to choose your workout helps a lot too so you can choose to do just the warm up and a twenty minute session if you want to. That's not a lot to ask is it? Even if you have children try and see if you can get a babysitter or get your partner to look after them for a while. Take a break just for you. Advantages: Quick way to tone up, Great for a trained dancer or a newbie, relaxing

New York City Ballet 2 is designed to sculpt and tone your body; but attempts to be accessible to all, providing a glossary explaining ballet terminology and introducing such steps as Plies and Tendus. Although the steps do not offer a cardio workout, if you did this dvd for 2 or 3 times every week or maybe even less than that, you will feel this difference.

If theres a critisism to make, it is that sometimes the camera shows their feet and a untrained dancer wouldn't know what to do with their arms.

Not another fitness dvd

Most people will know Charlie Brooks for her character Jeanine Butcher in Eastenders, I am unsure weather this DVD did in fact help Charlie lose the weight but it is true she is now looking great. I aways feel these kinds of DVD's are stupid in the sense that the celebrities put there name on them and get all the recognition yet it is fitness trainers who actually 'teach' you the work out.
I have never been one to buy this sort of thing, but hey, ... ...after buying the DVD and using it 2 twice a day (morning before work and Evening after dinner) I did star to lose a couple pounds but shortly after that the work out was not helping. I think the best thing to lose weight is just eat healthy and do a hours exercise a day, But then again everyone says that and I don't think anyone actually listens any more. ...

I Came across fitness instructor yogini hemalayaa on sky channel 288 I liked the workouts so purchased her DVD for something a little different. The whole DVD runs for 47min and Starts with an introduction then three 15 minute workouts all at different levels from beginner to intermediate. Exercise one will help you burn fat and lose weight in your buns and thighs. Exercise two is a cardio workout and will help you burn calories, exercise three is ... ...it, its great for busy people or if you have just started exercising you can start off by completing one 15 minute routine 3 times a week to get you started then progress to 30 minutes and then the full routine if you wish. I like this DVD because it is varied it combines a twist of yoga which gives you greater mobility while toning your stomach, hips and thighs and I like the shorter workouts so if you have little time you can still fit in a little ...
