From couch potato to Super Fit!

Advantages: Well paced, easier options, not boring, easy to follow, really works the whole body

She does pull lots of faces which I can see would be annoying (particularly when she is making "oh it's painful" expressions in the warm up! Come on, the woman doesn't break a sweat for the whole routine and you want us to believe you're finding the warm up hard?) but generally it's good to feel that someone else is feeling the burn as much as you are! Great fun but hard work!

Advantages: really intense interesting workout
Disadvantages: she makes a few mistakes!!

This is a great workout, but only if you are willing to spend absolutely AGES learning all the routines. its not a dvd that you can instantly follow along to, you need time (and space!) There are 8 routines altogether, I'd say each one took me between 30 and 60 minutes to properly learn. but after you've put in the effort it makes for a really interesting workout. But hard work! after 30 minutes (or around 6 songs) of the dvd I feel like i've done ...

Pump It Up!

Advantages: choose what level you want to "dance" along to, tones body

Pump It Up Is a workout dvd that was recently published.
