...to begin. I chose the Rosemary Conley DVD because the thought of 'getting back into those jeans' as advertised on the front of the case, was really my aim. Also, the information on the case seemed to imply that the DVD would be at my level and fun to use. I think it cost about £15, which initially is an expense, but far cheaper than the gym!!
