After purchasing Nell McAndrew's 'Ultimate Challenge' DVD I liked it so much that I decided to buy the earlier 'Peak Energy' DVD to vary my exercise routine. 'Peak Energy' has a cardiac section, a weights section for arm toning and a floor work out section. I was aware from reviews that this DVD was similar to the 'Ultimate Challenge' DVD but when I watched it I was amazed at exactly how similar it is!!!!! I could see no difference in the cardio ...

The music on 'Peak Energy' is vertually just one continuous beat whereas the music on 'ultimate Challenge' has some motivating moments.
