I stumbled across this dvd when i was looking to buy a magic dvd to see good modern magic, i didnt intend to buy a Blaine dvd but i must say i wasnt dissapointed. This dvd is jam-packed with street magic, from gypsy thread routines to amasing card effects. I would highly recommend this dvd to any fan of Blaines as it contains his first two specials 'Magic Man' and 'Street Magic'. So it gives his fans a chance to see Blaine in action before all the fame and fortune. We've all read about David Blaine in the news a few months ago, doing another one of his crazy stunts, in this case trying to hold his breath underwater for around nine minutes. Before this stunt some of you may remember him sitting in a box near to the Thames for a few months, and even before that you may remember him being frozen in ice. This Showman DVD concerns his frozen in ice preparations and how he managed to survive in freezing cold temperatures ...
...of the DVD we see David Blaine leave his ice cage after doctors realise it's too dangerous to leave him in there, and Blaine himself decides he's had enough. I'd have to say, being stuck in a freezer for three days solid would do that to you, so I can't blame him for leaving. Disadvantages: Music. Amercian style encouragement!

David Kirsch himself can be a little annoying and sometimes you want to scream that, just because I am putting my mind in my glutes (I kind you not), I is not making it hurt any less! The people in the background are also a little scary and they do not seem to stop smiling and never sweat-scary! The music is also pointless. Disadvantages: Music, Kirsch himself, better for someone new to exercise.

I am a big David Kirsch fan and own three of his DVDs. Initially I bought the Ultimate New York Body Plan and his Ultimate Bootcamp and both of these were extremely advanced weight training/cardio workouts that had me aching the next day. I decided to buy Kirsch's Upper Body DVD as I assumed that this would be as advanced. I was wrong. This workout is much more for someone new to exercise and, one of its advantages is how much detail Kitsch goes ...

The DVD is divided into three 15 min sections-Upper body (arms, back, shoulders etc), Abs and chest and then a more advanced 15 min section with all upper body and abs.
