Big things are promised from the Linden Method which unfortunatly it doesn't deliver, As I said I have suffered for about 9 years, It may well work if you are new to anxiety but no good for long time sufferers, All the information contained within the Linden method can be found ... ...a manual and 5 CD's, the relaxation CD is good and does relax you but again I'm sure you could find similar for free on the net.
All in all the Linden Method is no where near detailed enough and it misses one vital point in the recovery of anxiety and that is positive thinking, which really is the way out of anxiety disorder. ...

Advantages: easy to follow, great for toning your bum, tum and thighs Disadvantages: moves are too easy and not challenging enough
...seen the ministry of sound pump it up beach body dvd advertised on TV i decided that i had to have it. I like to keep fit and i love dancing so this would combine the two. I also thought that this would be a fun workout which would help to keep me motivated. Having bought the dvd from my local asda store it was now time to do my workout.
The dvd has four sections which are the warm up, dance section, bums,tums and thighs and cool down i will now ... ...easy section as expected.

...are very old fashioned in the way they are filmed. When the lady tells you what to do , the girl on the screen has usually already finished doing it. The music is annoying , a bit like music in a lift. There are a wide variety of exercises to do, but none really enjoyable. If you want a good old fashioned dance around to up to date music, then dont go for this. If your old and hard of hearing then dont go for this because you wont hear the music ...

Most people will know Charlie Brooks for her character Jeanine Butcher in Eastenders, I am unsure weather this DVD did in fact help Charlie lose the weight but it is true she is now looking great. I aways feel these kinds of DVD's are stupid in the sense that the celebrities put there name on them and get all the recognition yet it is fitness trainers who actually 'teach' you the work out.
I have never been one to buy this sort of thing, but hey, ... ...after buying the DVD and using it 2 twice a day (morning before work and Evening after dinner) I did star to lose a couple pounds but shortly after that the work out was not helping. I think the best thing to lose weight is just eat healthy and do a hours exercise a day, But then again everyone says that and I don't think anyone actually listens any more. ...

I Came across fitness instructor yogini hemalayaa on sky channel 288 I liked the workouts so purchased her DVD for something a little different. The whole DVD runs for 47min and Starts with an introduction then three 15 minute workouts all at different levels from beginner to intermediate. Exercise one will help you burn fat and lose weight in your buns and thighs. Exercise two is a cardio workout and will help you burn calories, exercise three is ... ...it, its great for busy people or if you have just started exercising you can start off by completing one 15 minute routine 3 times a week to get you started then progress to 30 minutes and then the full routine if you wish. I like this DVD because it is varied it combines a twist of yoga which gives you greater mobility while toning your stomach, hips and thighs and I like the shorter workouts so if you have little time you can still fit in a little ...
