It starts with the usual do's and don'ts of exercising during pregnancy but quickly gets into the warm up routine.Then its onto a low impact aerobics session followed by sets of toning exercises. ...Not a huge fan of Davina as she usually goes a bit OTT when on the TV but I found her to be quite inspiring as she just gets on with it and looks genuinely puffed out. Being instructed by two personal trainers is great as it gives an easier alternative to the exercises in parts when you are starting to feel the strain.
