It starts with the usual do's and don'ts of exercising during pregnancy but quickly gets into the warm up routine.Then its onto a low impact aerobics session followed by sets of toning exercises. Finishing with a gentle stretch and relaxation section. I am in the early stages (just 5 weeks) but i feel confident that even at 7/8 months ... ...the exercises. During each exercise Davina and her trainer Jackie advise what to do for a more gentle workout, so it really can be tailored to your needs and ability. Even the music is alright!

Miami Ink, if you haven't heard about it already, is a TV show about a tattoo parlour in Miami (if you hadn't already guessed!). The series began in July 2005, introducing four eager tattooists, Ami James, Chris Nunez, Chris Garver and Darren Brass, as well as Ami's apprentice, Yoji Harada. Throughout the episodes new tattooists enter and go, the most famous probably being Kat Von D who turned the studio around with her beautiful portrait tattoos. ... ...shows I like! I don't think either of them are as good as the original Miami version, but it is definitely interesting to see how the London one works - though it's nowhere near as polished or well-edited as Miami Ink is. What I liked about this was that it has revisits after the build so you can see how the family have settled in months after the build and how the gardens and the landscape have settled in too. The revisit section is great also in the way that they tell you what they would have done differently or mistakes they made.
