Advantages: Loads of Phil Collins songs Disadvantages: Loads of Phil Collins songs messed up
...An album of remixed Phil Collins tracks performed by r&b and hip hop artists. Risky, seeing as the man himself as churned out classic after classic and as you can imagine it wasnt well received by, well anyone.
I did however purchase because i like Phil Collins and i like hip hop & r&b so i took a chance. I should have spent my money on buying that indoor ten pin bowling set instead. Saying that there is a couple of decent tunes on here but as a whole, not the greatest ive spent my money on
Tracks
Another Day In Paradise - Ray J & Brandy. The single to come off this album was received quite well, not a bad video and the brother sister duet that everyone wanted to hear. An up to date version but not better than the original. You may find me saying that more often than not
Sussudio - Ol Dirty Bastard. Shocking. No resemblence...

Advantages: Great soundtrack, thorougly enjoyable from start to finish Disadvantages: None
...After reviewing the Tom Cruise film yesterday I thought I should review what I think is the best version of War of the Worlds (bar the original novel of course).
***Be aware that this review may well contain spoilers for the story, however even if you know the story from front to back, it would not spoil the enjoyment of this album.***
~The Album~
Released in 1978 this album (if you don't know what an album is, ask your parents lol) tells the tale of a Martian invasion as told in H. G. Wells novel of the same name.
The album consists of two discs and came in its own plastic sleeve, complete with a book/booklet which details the story as it unfolds and full lyrics for all the songs. The booklet also includes some marvellous paintings by Peter Goodfellow, Geoff Taylor and Michael Trim, my opinion is that The Birds by Geoff Taylor...

Advantages: Good rhythms to do the housework to, some excellent songs Disadvantages: Some songs will appeal to some and not to others.
...Housework Songs is a double CD compilation album. The idea is that these songs are all suitable to listen to whilst doing the housework so easing the load and making the dutiful chores a little more enjoyable. On the front cover is a picture of a woman (rather sexist, men do the housework too! At least they do in my house!) singing into her vacuum cleaner. There are 41 songs on the album and there is a good mixture with something for everyone. We have songs from the 1960s including "Pretty Woman", and "Respect", in the 1970s we have "You Sexy Thing" and "American Pie", the 1980s gives us "Fame" and "I Think We're Alone Now", the 1990s gives us "Over My Shoulder"and "Moving on Up" then from the 2000s we have "Spinning Around" and "The Closest Thing To Crazy."
I love this album it has such a fantastic mix of songs, all of which I...
