"You Burn First" is the first slower song on the cd and features raspy vocals and some dark lyrics. This song is placed well to give a break between the fast paced songs. The next song "We Are The End" kicks off with some good drumming which there is throughout the whole cd. Yet again they deliver with a catchy chorus "Please tell me that this is the end of the world, its time that we erase history, without a trace or a memory". Lyrically the band has matured and this is shown in the lyrics throughout the cd.
The title track of the cd "Crisis" follows on from the last song and is fast paced. This song heavily features the harsher vocals of Pettit thus building up to the melodic chorus delivered by Dallas. Another great song, the songs tend to get better as the cd goes on.
