The 3rd in the Trilogy, which i assume by December this year will be an innacurately named trilogy, (like Hitch HIker's Guide to the Galaxy) Don't Panic.
The third installment of the trilogy offers a showcase of the greatest games ever! It includes classics like Liverpool V Ac Milan, Liverpool V West Ham (the final) games like England v Argentina and loads of the classic matches that decided leagues and trophies in a fashion only football can deliver.
The DVD itself is a bit short on extras. There is a making of, which while well produced is quite short. However the main feature has a lot of things considered "Extra Features" in it, with examples such as the Showboat and the Volleys section, with some absolute screamers in there!

Advantages: Good selection of matches, showboating...the usual Disadvantages: Any different to any other Soccer AM DVD?
...time for Christmas from the Soccer AM guys. This was bought off Amazon around two weeks ago for the current price showing of £13.87 and I'm still not too sure if this does represent value for money, despite it being a must-have DVD for Soccer AM fans. If I was to buy it again, I would possibly await the after-Christmas sales, and this DVD should be really worth the £8.99/£9.99 it will hopefully drop to.
The DVD itself showcases some excellent matches ... ...a footballing experience with various Soccer AM add-ons, great stuff.
Other good stuff on the DVD includes the great volleys section, cue Steven Gerrard and some wonderful goals. The soundtrack that goes behind the clips is brilliantly chosen and features some great upcoming British indie band talent.
The usual Showboats dazzled me, but it did seem a bit repetitive as I had seen most from watching the television programme on a Saturday... However, ...

Advantages: Gangsta rhymes from tubes Disadvantages: None
Soccer AM, you got to love it. It's the best footie program around. The guests are great and so are the presenters. I know it might be a bit sad to buy this even though you have seen most of the shows but it is well worth the dosh. Now it is coming up to christmas, I think you should buy this for a loved one or even someone you hate. The best thing in this DVD is the rhymes being spat up by tubes (one ? one ? only). I suggest you buy this, it is ...

Advantages: Good sense of humour Disadvantages: A lot of mindless violence
Firstly, I am female, 27 and have 3 kids. Yes, this is a review about a football film on DVD. I wasnt keen on watching it, but having watched it I guess I can make it my first review...
After said boyfriend had badgered me for weeks, I eventually caved and let him buy the dark red box that is 'The Football Factory' DVD.
After much persuasion (and promises of tea in the morning) I decided to watch it with him one night when the kids were in bed. What I expected was a mindless lot of violence (we've all heard about it). What I actually got was violence and a storyline.
The film is based around some football thugs who run whats known as a 'firm'. This 'firm' go around fighting firms from other football clubs up and down the country. But behind the violence is a story of a young man known as 'Tommy Johnson'. Through ...
