A wild and tangled crime adventure involving gangsters, Irish gypsies, and a dog that can't stop swallowing things, SNATCH is both hilarious and action-packed. Jewel thief Franky...
more...Four Fingers is in London en route to New York, where he will deliver an 86-karat diamond to his boss, Avi. A compulsive gambler, Franky is tempted into an illegal boxing scam, becoming the unwitting suspect in a robbery committed by bumbling pawnshop owners Vinny, Sol, and their oaf-of-a-driver, Tyrone. Meanwhile, novice boxing promoter Turkish, and his dim-witted partner, Tommy, move into the big time with twisted crime boss Brick Top, and Mickey, a mumbling, unhinged Irish gypsy boxer and his band of travelling gypsies. Thrown into the proceedings are killers Bullet Tooth Tony and Boris the Blade. A stylised work with a gritty urban soundtrack and a cast of intricately developed characters, SNATCH delivers superb and witty dialogue while depicting one of the more zany, complex diamond heists ever portrayed in film.

Terrific from start to end, the characters were genius as was the casting. i only watched it recently for the first time and loved it, all of it, every bit.

The story follows boxing promoters, gangsters, bookmakers, a diamond and a whole host of other unsavory characters. The boxing promoters Turkish and Tommy have to arrange a fixed fight with gangster brick top, however the boxer they end up with does not seem to understand the concept of losing.

Whilst an 84karat diamond has been stolen and the boss Avi comes looking for it with the help of some friends. bullet tooth tony, played by Vinnie Jones and Doug "the head" played by Mike Ried.

The two stories cross over and finish with a few surprising twists and turns.Brad Pitt plays Mickey O'Neil a gypsy, his character is brilliant as is Jason Stratham character Turkish, both are funny yet convincing. all the character seem to cross over in on way or another and i love this in a film.

it keeps you watching constantly.you have to follow closely and some things are not explained at first but are reveled cleverly later on.

Each character is so different, they all have a humorous element and there are some great one liners. each of the actors are perfect for the role there in which helps make the film as good as it is.

all in all Outstanding. I rate this film highly.
