Advantages: Erm... Disadvantages: Pretty much everything.
...-bad fun that some movies bring, there's only so many times that I could watch these snakes kill passengers before I became incredibly bored. Snakes has the elements of a cheesy B-Movie, but I would've enjoyed the film's status a lot more had it not been so keen to relish the thought of its own garbage. I find that most of the fun comes from picking out the inadvertent bad points in a movie and wondering how the hell the movie editors managed to let them slip past.
Another reason to hate this film is its marketing. Rather than paying homage to the other High-Concept films that inspired its creation -- Alien, Predator and Jurassic Park are just a few examples -- Snakes was marketed as if it was a work of art for embracing our favourite action movie clichés. New Line Cinema suspiciously hid away the footage from critics so that they couldn't get...

Advantages: Good start.... and a few comical bits Disadvantages: everything after the start really
...the tree finished his little chat with his oriental friend and someone took a few shots at the witness the only other action for quite some time was when the stewardess threw a tantrum when her passenger list went up the wall due to the FBI commandeering the first class?although there were a few half decent comical moments involving a fictional rap artist who has an aversion to dirty things, a dog in a handbag who takes a liking to the rap man and a rather camp sounding air steward who actually surprises everyone at the end..?
But as for the alleged action I was waiting for, well, I had to wait another hour and a bit before I began to get back into the movie? it was basically seventy odd minutes of pure padding, consisting of some dodgy rubber looking snakes, who seemed to see everything in an illumines green colour, being released from...

Advantages: Good for the beginner and some interested strength training methods Disadvantages: Not very good as a cardio routine
...loosen up your leg muscles.
The DVD then moves onto punching. You are shown several types of punching techniques which you follow along to.
The next part of the routine involves a move associated with the Shaolin animals. You perform each move several times; and each movement helps train a different muscle and technique. The animal movements are:
? Snake
? Crane
? Panther
? Tiger
The last part of this DVD contains a short cool down which contains breathing exercises similar to tai chi or qi gong. This is done to cool down the muscles and to help you relax.
Overall, this part of the DVD was quite interesting and would be good for complete beginners but it was performed very slowly and as a cardio routine I don?t think it would help all that much. The DVD does state it is for beginners so as an information tool, this is...
