I bought this DVD as a school resource as I felt it would be useful for an art project with the theme of Architecture. I was fairly impressed with parts but it did not keep my full attention for the whole 83 minutes.
The DVD was priced at £8.98 from Amazon.co.uk, I felt this was quite a reasonable price.
Frank Gehry creates simple line sketches which become the most unusual and amazing pieces of architecture, one of his most famous pieces is the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
Gehry's style is appealing to children and gives them confidence that they can achieve good outcomes from similar work.
I would definitely recommend this DVD to anyone who is interested in architecture and Gehry's "child-play style", it shows the development from simple initial sketches to the quality build outcomes to amaze the public's eyes.
Very informative and interesting but does not capture my full attention throughout.
