Ok so we all know who the best animated family is America… or at least I hope we do hehe ;) The One unique family that have so much drama they Put Eastenders to shame. They are the one and only THE SIMPSONS. The yellow family with only 4 fingers could make anyone laugh there guts up time and time again. With homers laziness, Marge always worrying, Bart and he Denis the menses type behaviour, Lisa being to smart and even the cat and dog (Snowball II and Santa’s little helper) have major parts in the outrages wacky family.
So this classic Simpsons video/DVD (depending on what form you have it) contains 4 episodes. The four episodes include homer becoming a clown, Marge having a gambling problem, Ned Flanders marring some chick in las Vegas and homer being on the base bal team (yes it scars me too hehe) they are all mixed story lines but I can’t fault them in anyway.
The four episodes are:
Homie the clown
Episode no: 118 Air date: 12 of febuary 1995 Written by: John Swartzwelder Directed By: Mark Kirland Guest stars: Dick cavett as himself, Jonny unitas as himself and Joe Mantegna as Fat Tony
So what would you do if you found out that you were broke? (had
no money) well probably what any normal person would do get a loan or borrow some money from a friend, however this is not reality, this is the Simpson’s And when Krusty founds out he is broke from gambling too much he opens up a clown collage allowing anyone to enter. It’s the first of the month and the new billboards are up Homer see’s the advertisement for clown collage and laughs but it eats away at homer so he randomly decides to join it. Unfoutunilty this lands him in a lot of trouble. Best has to be homer randomly going through name of who he really is. Truly an unforgettable episode of the Simpson’s.
$pringfield (or How I Learnt to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gamblin): Episode no: 91 Original Air Date: 16 Dec 93 Written By: Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein Directed By: Wes Archer Guest stars: Gerry Cooney as himself, Robert Goulet as himself.
So you want to make your economy more appealing and it be more improved, you would probably build a new play park so the kids have something to do other than vandalize the streets and the walls, or possibly build a brand new mall whatever it is I am sure your first idea would not be to build a casino. Yup that’s right the Simpson’s have once again probably at done most other TV comedies by building a casino in spring felid. But what’s worse is Marge gets addicted leaving homer to look after the kids. Whilst Marge is neglecting her family she wins a bit of money though to keep homer happy. Meanwhile because he is too young to go into the casino Bart makes he own one in his tree house. The best bit has to be Mr. Burns worrying about germs getting onto his skin and not sleeping for days.
Viva Ned Flanders Episode number: 213 Original Air Date: 10 Jan 99 Written By: David M. Stern Directed By: Neil Affleck Special Guests: The Moody Blues as themselves
So your life is going downhill, you have not had a fun and exciting life so what do you do? Go to the laziest, outrages, slob you know. Well Ned fladers decided to. Signing a contract to Homer. Where they explore Las Vegas. At first Ned is a little unsure but with a few alcoholic drinks down him he relaxes a bit letting life run freely, doing what ever he feels and umm perhaps just a little bit over the top. They gamble and drink and when they wake up in the morning regret it when they have too women nagging at them but the question is it their wife’s???? A really funny episode of the Simpson’s with Ned Flanders praying to god and some worker telling him he should keep gambling.
Homer the bat Episode no: 51 Original Air Date: 20 Feb 92 Written By: John Swartzwelder Directed By: Jim Reardon Special Guest: Jon Lovitz (Aristotle Amadopolis), Wade Boggs , Jose Canseco, Roger Clemens, Ken Griffey, Jr., Don Mattingly, Steve Sax, Mike Scioscia, Ozzie Smith, Darryl Strawberry and Terry Cashman
