Stars - Simply Red I wanna fall from the stars Simply Red have been around for a long long time now but I think their music is still relevant and great. I think they are one of those bands who have fans of all ages due to their easy listening, non offensive type music. Apparently, according to an article I read, Simply Red got their name because it was the lead singer's (Mick Hucknall's) nickname due to his red hair. I never knew this fact but it does make sense! It does always make me laugh though at how he has such good luck with the ladies. I mean, I know he's a big music star and probably has loads of money but he really is rather weird looking in my opinion but always seems to date gorgeous women! Stars... Simply Red's Best Album by far...

Advantages: mixture of music genres all on one cd
Disadvantages: none

Simply Red- Stars... His best Album by far!!! I have owned this album for many years and I could never get bored of it... It is Mick and the gangs best album so far!!! Including such hits as Stars, something got me started and the beautiful ballad, For your babies, it combines a mixture of all the Red's incredible vocal and musical talents. Although first released in 1991... this album is as fresh and vibrant today as it was 17 years ago. For anybody wanting to buy a Simply red Album to enjoy at home or in the car, I would recommend stars as being your first choice. I would also recommend to those fans out there to see the group live in concert, because when they perfrom such songs as what is on this album live... nothing can beat it... ...

Simply Red were simply amazing!!!

Advantages: Simply Red, Hot Weather, Warwick Castle
Disadvantages: The flies they got everywhere

I had never been to Warwick Castle before oh what a first time though seeing Simply Red :-) Simply Red were taking part in the Summer Nights tour, several artists were taking part in this countrywide event. For more details on the Summer Nights Tour please look at http://www.summernightsonline.co.uk/home/ I had bought the tickets for £45 each from Ticketmaster for my hubby for his birthday. The weather stayed hot and during the drive down to Warwick the roads were clear. We managed to find the Car Park in Warwick, it cost £5 which wasn't too bad, and we were on the front row so were hoping it would be a quick exit later. It was a bit of a trek to the castle, but once were in we managed to find a shady bit under some trees. There were lots of refreshment stalls around selling burgers sweets, 2 beer tents.
